大肠杆菌整合子检测与分析

摘要 近年来,细菌的耐药整合子系统正被广泛研究,大量的报道表明这一系统在传播及扩散细菌的耐药方面起着至关重要的作用,深入基因盒一整合子理论.可以用来解释细菌的耐药机理,丰富细菌基因捕获系统理论,为生物进化提供理论依据。本研究旨在分析国内大肠杆菌的耐药性情况,从分子水平上找出大肠杆菌的耐药原因。
