摘要
目的探讨应用微型钢板治疗掌指骨骨折的临床疗效。方法本组26例34处骨折,均采用切开复位,微型钢板内固定,术后早期康复训练。结果本组所有骨折均达到解剖复位,随访3～6个月,骨折愈合顺利,手部各关节,活动范围得以完全保持,无并发症发生。结论微型钢板体积小、质薄、坚强,可早期进行各种功能康复训练,可获满意关节功能,是治疗手部骨折的一种理想固定方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metacarpal and phalanx fracture treated by mini - plate. Methods 34 cases fracture of 26 patients were suffered open reduction and mini - plate internal fixation. Early rehabilitation was performed post operation. Results All eases achieved anatomical reduction after 3 to 6 month followed up. Union of fracture was smoothly and the function of each hand joint was retained. There was no complications. Conclusion Mini - plate could be a ideal fixed method to hand fracture.
