摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下ND-YAG激光治疗顽固性鼻出血的效果。方法选择顽固性、出血病人158例,黏膜表面麻醉,鼻内镜下找到出血点,采用ND-YAG激光治疗。结果该方法治疗肯定,156例全部治愈,治疗无效需改行其它治疗的有2例,无不良反应及并发症。结论鼻内镜下,ND-YAG激光治疗顽固性鼻出血无需住院,疗效好、痛苦小、无并发症,止血效果肯定。
Objective To investigate ND - YAG laser in treating refractoriness haemorrhagia nasalis. Methods 158 cases of such patients were admitted ND - YAG laser therapy. Results 156 cases were cured. There was no adverse effect and complications. Conclusion This method has good effect which need not hospitalization, has good curative effect, less suffering and no complications.
