摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下Nd:YAG激光治疗鼻腔深部出血的效果。方法选择门诊鼻腔深部出血病人120例,在鼻腔黏膜表面麻醉下,鼻内镜下找到出血点,采用Nd:YAG激光治疗。结果1次治愈105例,2次治愈11例,3次治愈1例,无效需其他治疗者3例。皆未出现并发症,无不能耐受手术者。结论鼻内镜下Nd:YAG激光治疗鼻腔深部出血具有无需住院、疗效好、痛苦小、无并发症等优点,可在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of deep epistaxis by endoscopic Nd： YAG laser. Methods This study included 120 outpatients with deep epistaxis were treated with endoscopic Nd： YAG laser under superficial anesthesia. Results Of all the cases, 105 were cured after first treatment, 11 after second treatment, one after third treatment, and three failed and needed other treatments. Conclusion Endoscopic Nd： YAG laser for deep ep[staxis has the adventages such as no hospitalization needed, good result, less painful, arid no complications, which is recommended to be extended clinically.
