摘要
目的观察和评估高位肛瘘外切内挂治疗高位肛瘘的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院自2001-10～2008-09间,对110例肛瘘病人施行高位肛瘘外切内挂治疗的临床资料。结果全组病人住院时间为3～4d,治愈时间为2～3周,无1例需伤口切开引流。术后疤痕小,肛门变形轻,无肛门失禁等并发症。复发5例,复发率为4.5%。结论高位肛瘘外切内挂治疗高位肛瘘,既能达到根治肛瘘的目的,又能最大限度地保护肛门的形态和功能,创面愈合时间短,术后疤痕小,手术复发率低,是治疗肛瘘的有效方法。
Objective To evaluate clinical effect of circumscribed and intra - hanging method in treating superior position anal fistula. Methods From Oct. 2001 to Sep. 2008, 110 cases of such patients who were suffered circumscribed and intra - hanging treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Results The average hospitalization time is 3 - 4 d. The average cure time is 2 - 3 week. No case suffered wound incision and drainage. No complication taken place. 5 cases recurrent and the rate is 4.5 %. Conclusion Circumscribed and intra - hanging method can radical cure anal fistula and mostly maintenance with the shape and function of anus, shorten cure time, reduce scar and recurrent rate. It is an effect method for anal fistula.
