摘要
肛瘘病人140例，10～62岁，住院10-30d。手术前护理包括术前准备和心理护理，术后护理包括疼痛、出血、尿潴留、晕厥与呕吐、饮食与排便、坐浴与换药、出院指导等，获得良好的临床治疗效果。结果表明，做好手术前后护理至关重要。
One hundred and forty patients with anal fistulae,aged 10-62 years,were hospitalized for 10-30days. All of them received psychological nursing and preoperative preparations. Postoperative nursing included nursing of pain, hemorrhage, urine retention, faint, vomiting, diet, defecation, sitz bath, dressing change and guidance on discharge. The peri-operative nursing ensured a better therapeutic effect.
