摘要
高新技术产业在各国经济发展中的地位日益重要,资金是高新技术产业发展的"血液"。目前,高新技术产业投融资运动不通畅是一个带有普遍性的世界性问题,而成为各国政府、学术界和企业共同关注的焦点。本文在对以美英为代表的"官办民营型"和日本为代表的"政府主导型"高新技术产业投融资模式特点分析和比较的基础上,获取其对我国发展高新技术产业投融资业的启示,如发挥政府的导向作用;建立完善的高新技术产业投融资运作机制,提高高新技术产业融资的安全系数;建立高新技术产业投融资业的法律支持系统等。
Today, High-tech industry is becoming more important in world economy. But its investment and financing becomes an obstacle facing every country. In this paper, by analyzing the comparison between USA and US as the representatives of the ＂government-run private-type＂ mode and Japan as the representatives of the ＂Government-led type＂ mode of investment and financing in high-tech industries, we can get the inspiration, such as playing the leading role of the Government; setting up the more imperfect mechanism and improving the safety factor of investment and financing; and setting up legal supporting systems.
