摘要 RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)是近年发现的一种重要的基因表达调控方式,是由转人细胞的小干扰双链RNA诱导同源mRNA特异性降解产生的一种转录后基因沉默现象(post transcription gene silencing,PTGS)。RNAi技术随着细胞生物学、分子生物学、分子遗传学、免疫学等相关学科的迅猛发展,在理论和技术上已趋成熟,已从实验及基础研究过渡到临床试用阶段。同其它肿瘤治疗手段相比,RNAi技术的主要优势在于其主要针对致病的相关基因起作用,特异性下调相关基因的表达以达到治疗的目的。
