摘要
脑组织移植后在免疫排斥、多巴胺能神经系功能的恢复及患者临床症状的减轻等方面,与移植多巴胺能细胞存活数量尤其是氨酸羟化酶细胞的数目密切相关。最新的研究成果对脑组织移植治疗帕金森病具有较强的指导意义。
After the brain tissue transplantation, the survival of transplanted dopaminergic cells, especially the number of acid hydroxylase is closely related to immune rejection, recovery of dopaminergic nervous system and patients clinical symptoms reduce. The latest research on brain tissue transplantation in the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease has a strong guiding significance.
