摘要 本实验对胚胎的大脑组织进行了冷冻保存、培养和移植,证实了经冻存的胚脑组织在体外和移植入宿主脑内后保持继续生长、分化的特性。 In this experiment, cryopreservation, culture and transplantation of fetal brain tissue were conducted in an attempt to detect the continuing ability of frozen neurons to grow and differentiate. The results are as follows: Cells in culture began to attach to the dishes by 4 -5 hours and neurite extention was seen regularly by 1 day after plating. Of all the attached cells, 50 %-58% survived after plating. Frozen neural tissues were implanted into the brain of neonatal rats and graft survival situation was observed with Nissal methods , These graft cells were normal in morphology ,and there was an obvious demarcation line with host brain area. We conclude that frozen neural cells still maintain the ability of continuing to grow and regerentiate.
