摘要
大鼠血清中存在 VX 非氧化代谢酶。经溴化钾密度梯度超离心分离大鼠血清得到8层制品。VX 非氧化代谢酶主要分布于第4层,而梭曼水解酶及对氧磷水解酶主要分布于第3层。冻融使 VX 非氧化代谢酶活性丧失,但不影响对氧磷水解酶的活性。
Anaerobic VX-metabolizing enzyme has been discovered in the serum of rats.The ser- um could be separated into 8 layers by potassium bromide density gradient ultracentrifugation. The anaerobic VX-metabolizing enzyme distributed in the fourth and fifth layers whereas the soman and paraoxon hydrolases mainly in the third one.Freezing and thawing inactiva- ted the anaerobic VX-metabolizing enzyme,however the activities of those hydrolases remained intact.These results indicate that the anaerobic VX-metabolizing enzyme is different from soman and paraoxon hydrolases.
