摘要
大鼠、小鼠及鸡的肝脏中存在着需氧的VX代谢酶,即VX氧化酶。需氧的VX代谢酶系统由微粒体中的酶蛋白及细胞可溶性成份中的辅助因子组成,催化VX代谢失活需要NAD^+、NADP^+或NADH、NADPH参与。
Nerve gases can be divided into two categories: the G-agent and the V-agent.Although the mode of the phospho-rylation of acetylcholinesterase by both agents is alike,the metabolizing enzyme systems of these two agents are absolutely different.The G-agent is catalytically hydrolyzed by G-agent hydrolase while the V-agent is resistant to it.The inactivating enzyme system of V-agent was reported in this paper.Two kinds of VX-metabolizing enzymes were discovered,namely,the aerobic VX-metabolizing enzyme(VX oxidase)and anaerobic VX-metabolizing enzyme.The VXoxidase is distributed in the liver of rat,mouse and chicken,whereas the anaerobic VX-metabolizing enzyme exists in the liver of rabbit and the scrum of rat.Neither aerobic nor anaerobic enzymes were found in the brain,lung,diaphragm,spleen,intestine and kidney of rat,in the human serum and in the liver and serum of toad.VX oxidase enzyme reaction needs the participation of molecular oxygen and coenzyme Ⅰ or Ⅱ
