宫颈环状电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床观察与护理被引量：3

摘要目的:总结宫颈环状电切术(LEEP)治疗宫颈病变的最佳护理方法,进一步提高对该术式的认识和质量。方法:收集我院2007年1月～2008年12月行LEEP术治疗宫颈病变73例,对其护理方法进行回顾性分析。结果:LEEP术手术治疗时间短,出血少,经精心护理,治疗效果满意。结论:LEEP治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变与传统的冷刀锥切相比具有手术时间短,操作简单,麻醉要求低且不需要住院,术后并发症少等优点,是治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的安全有效的方法。术前、术后的临床观察,术中的配合,出院的随访,是LEEP治疗顺利完成的保证。
