摘要
2008年12月26日,教育部公布了新的《中小学健康教育指导纲要》。本人认为实施纲要的核心在教育者,而教育者正确实施纲要精神的核心是个人的法律素质的高下。法律素质的核心和关键是法律意识,从我国现在性教育的结构体系和本人多年从事性教学的经验上看,我认为性学教师应具备相应的法律意识,通过自身法律素养的提高教育引导学生培养起对法律的敬畏感,教会学生当个体道德与社会道德发生冲突时能够通过法律保障和约束自己的行为。
Ministry of Education has published the new ＂Guidelines for Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools＂ December, 26d＇, 2008. I think the essential part of the implementation of the guideline is the educators, whether they can execute the guideline correctly or not is depend on their legal quality. The core and key part of legal quality is the awareness of law. Based on the structure system of China＇ s sex education and my teaching experience of sex for years, I think sex educators shou/d possess appropriate legal awareness and enhance their knowledge in law in order to teach and guide their students, and help them to develop a sense of reverence for the law. When individual morality and social ethics conflict, the students could proteet and restrain their behavior by the law.
