精神病患者药物治疗依从性的影响因素及干预措施 被引量：6

摘要 目的分析精神病患者药物治疗依从性的影响因素,有针对性地采取护理措施。方法对本科2006年1月至2008年8月住院的51例精神病患者药物治疗不依从的因素进行回顾性研究。结果精神病患者药物治疗不依从的主要因素是缺乏自知力,受幻觉妄想支配,药物不良反应,患者及家属对疾病的认知、理解和对患者的关怀、社会支持,消极抑郁情绪、对治疗缺乏信心,经济支付能力等。结论通过积极的护理干预措施及健康教育,提高了精神病患者药物治疗的依从性。
