摘要
日本血吸虫是一种重要的人兽共患寄生虫,具有重要的公共卫生和社会经济意义,引起国内外学者的高度关注。作者综述了抗日本血吸虫药物的最新进展,重点综述了吡喹酮、青蒿素和硝硫氰胺的药物代谢、作用机制和临床应用,为日本血吸虫病的防治奠定理论基础。
Schistosoma japonicum, one of important zoonotie parasite, has an important socio-eeonomic and public healthy effect, which caused high attention of domestic and abroad scholar. The latest advance of medicine for S. japonicurn was reviewed in this paper, especially for drug metabolism, mechanism of action and clinical application of praziquantel, artemisinin and nithiocyanamine, which settles rationale for prevention and cure of S. japonicum.
