摘要
就防治血吸虫病新中国70多年来的历史经验看,血防工作是一项系统的推进工程,这个推进工程可以概括为:坚持“一根红线”和突出“三大抓手”。“一根红线”为坚持党的领导是根本保证,“三大抓手”分别是:科学技术的不断创新与进步是关键,表现在我国和世界的医学科学进步和幕后科研工作者的艰辛付出;治理理念的不断创新是核心,表现在国家血防事业的理念与世界接轨,同时不断研究制定法规、条例、标准,使防治工作走向规范化、法制化和科学化;人民群众主观能动性的发扬是基础,表现在对群众动员、宣传教育以及防治过程中离不开人民群众人力、智力的积极贡献。
From the historical experience of schistosomiasis control for more than 70 years,the work of schistosomiasis control is a systematic promotion project,which can be summarized as:adhering to the“One Red Line”and highlighting the“Three Focuses”.The“One Red Line”is the fundamental guarantee for upholding the Party’s leadership,and the“Three Focuses”are:the continuous innovation and progress of science and technology is the key,which is reflected in the progress of Medical Science in China and the world and the hard work of scientific research workers behind the scenes.The continuous innovation of the management concept is the core,which is manifested in the fact that the concept of the national blood control cause is in line with the world,and at the same time,it constantly studies and formulates laws,regulations and standards to make the prevention and control work standardized,legal and scientific;The development of the people’s subjective initiative is the foundation,which is manifested in the positive contribution of the people’s human and intellectual resources in the process of mass mobilization,publicity,education and prevention.
