精密薄壁石墨电极的高速铣削刀具应用技术 被引量:3

摘要 针对薄壁结构石墨电极的形状特殊性,分析了精密薄壁石墨电极高速铣削加工中存在的主要工艺难点,并从刀具材料、刀具结构以及工艺参数优选等方面对精密薄壁石墨电极的高速铣削刀具应用技术进行了详细的分析和总结。 According to the particularity of thin-walled graphite electrode, the major technical problems in high-speed milling of thin-walled graphite electrode were analyzed, and the optimal selections of tool materials, tool structures and cutting parameters were studied.
