基于均匀设计的泡沫渗流阻力因子影响因素研究 被引量:13

摘要 利用均匀设计方法,通过均匀设计实验方案下的泡沫在多孔介质中的流动实验,研究了注入气液比、注入流速、渗透率对泡沫在多孔介质渗流的阻力因子的影响,用逐步回归分析方法拟合出了泡沫渗流阻力因子和各个因素的关系式,得出了各因素对泡沫渗流阻力因子的影响规律,并分析了各因素之间是否存在相互作用。结果表明,均匀设计实验方法应用于多因素多水平的实验中,可大大节省时间,减少实验次数。 Using uniform design method,foam flowing experiment in porous media was simulated,and the influence of gas fluid ratio,injecting rate and permeability on foam filtrational resistance factor was studied.The relation of foam resistance factor and coefficients was fitted using the method of stepwise regression analysis,the affecting regular of every coefficient on foam filtrational resistance factor was obtained,and the mutual action of every coefficient were analyzed.Results showed that uniform design method can save time enormously and decrease the times of experiment.
