摘要
目的:探讨两种拔管状态下患者的ST段及血流动力学变化。方法:择期ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级行腹部手术静吸复合全麻患者50例,年龄18～65岁,随机分为A组(实验组)n=25,B组(对照组)n=25,观察其无意识状态(Deep Anesthe-sia)及清醒(呼之睁眼)两种拔管状态下的ST段及血流动力学变化。结果:两种拔管状态下的ST段及血流动力学变化有显著性差异。结论:无意识状态下拔管比清醒(呼之睁眼)状态下拔管时患者的ST段及血流动力学波动小。
Objective：To investigate the changes of ST segment and hemodynamics in patients under the two states of the extubatien. Methods： Fifty patients, aged between 18 and 65 （ ASA Ⅰ- Ⅱ ） , underwent operation on abdominal region with combined general anesthesia and were randomized into Group A（ experimental group, n = 25 ） and B （controls, n = 25 ） for observing the changes of ST segment and hemodyaamics during the extubation at state of unconsciousness （deep anesthesia） and consciousness （if called, the patient would open his eyes）. Results：There were significant differences between the two states of extubation concerning the changes of ST segment and hemodynamics. Conclusion ： The less fluctuation is seen in the ST segment and hemodynamics under the unconscious state.
