摘要
双向联动变位理论使得在CNC滚齿机上,基于标准渐开线齿轮滚刀,由CNC系统柔性控制刀具和工件问的创成运动实现特殊齿形的加工,无需耗费巨资制造各种专门的滚刀。新理论的提出对于实现齿轮不同工况下的最佳修形和追求齿轮传动的“在线”最优化必将具有深远意义。
Traditionally. special kinds of hobs corresponding to different amounts of modification must bemade to finish different amounts of modification of geartooth profile decided by different working conditions.This kind of modification method is generally uneconomicand unrealistic. So that. a new method was proposed inthis paper. which was named orthogonal two - way linkmodification method. Based on the new method and standard involute gear hob. a specific gear tooth profile canbe generated on a CNC (computer numerical control )hobbing machine by means of computer control movement flexibility between tool and workpiece, and thenlots of money and effort can be saved to manufacture allkinds of adaptive specific hobs for forming special gearteeth profiles. The new principle is of momentous current significance to the most optimized modification underdifferent working conditions and gear on-line transmission optimization.
