摘要
目的:探讨蜂胶黄酮对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:分别以175、350、700 mg/kg BW剂量的总黄酮(以芦丁计)给小鼠连续灌胃30-35 d后,检测各项免疫指标。结果:蜂胶黄酮能明显刺激小鼠的脾淋巴细胞增值、转化作用,促进小鼠迟发型变态反应作用,提高小鼠抗体生成细胞数和血清溶血素水平,促进小鼠单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清作用,增强小鼠的单核-腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力,提高小鼠NK细胞活性。结论:提示蜂胶黄酮具有增强免疫功能的作用。
Objective:To explore the effect of total flavones in propolis on enhancement of mice's immune function. Methods: Total flavones in propolis were consecutively orally given to mice with the doses of 175,350 and 700 mg/kg of body weight for 30 -35 days and then various immune indexes were determined. Results:Total flavones in propolis was capable of stimulating multiplication and transformation of mice's spleen lymphocytes, promoting delayed hypersensitivity, increasing the quantity of antibody - producing cells, enhancing the level of serum hemolysin, promoting the expurgation effect and the phagocytic function of monocyte/macrophage and increasing the activity of natural killer. Conclusion:It is suggested that total flavones in propolis could enhance mice's immune function.
