血清学检测乙肝病毒大蛋白的意义以及与HBV复制水平的关系 被引量:2

Relationship between serum test of hepatitis B virus large protein and HBV DNA copies level

摘要 目的:探讨乙肝患者血清中乙肝病毒大蛋白(HBV-LP)的检测意义以及与HBV病毒复制的关系。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和荧光定量PCR方法检测乙肝抗病毒患者血清的HBV-LP、PreS1-Ag、HBeAg及HBVDNA。结果:182份标本HBV DNA阳性,其中HBV-LP的阳性率为90.11%(164/182),高于PreS1-Ag的53.85%(98/182)和HBeAg的42.85%(78/182)(P<0.05);HBV-LP的吸光度(OD值)与HBV DNA拷贝数呈正相关,r=0.944;其OD值和DNA拷贝数随着拉米夫定治疗时间延长而下降。结论:HBV-LP能准确反映乙肝病毒的复制,与HBV DNA呈较好的正相关性;抗病毒治疗过程中HBV-LP和HBV DNA同步下降,是一个有效诊断HBV病毒复制水平的血清学检测指标。 Objective:To explore the significance of the correlation between hepatitis B virus large Protein (LP) and HBV DNA copies test. Methods:HBV LP, HBV eAg and PreS1 were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Serum HBV DNA level was detected by real -time fluorescence quantitatively polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results:In HBV DNA positive serums, there were significant differences in positive reat in the LP, PreS1 - Ag and HBeAg, 90. 11% ,53. 85%and 42. 85% respectively, P 〈 0. 05. Serum LP level ( OD value) was closely correlated with copies of HBV DNA ( r = 0. 944). As time going during antiviral therapy by lamivudine, HBV DNA copies and HBV - LP levels were both dropped. Conclusion: Test of HBV - LP could reflect the HBV replication correctly. There is a close correlation between the copies of HBV DNA and the level of HBV - LP. HBV DNA copies and HBV - LP level were both dropped at the same time during antiviral therapy. HBV - LP is a significant sign to moniitor HBV replication.
