摘要
目的:建立液相色谱-三重四极质谱法(LC/MS/MS)测定鱼肉中残留的7种磺胺类药物:磺胺邻二甲氧嘧啶、磺胺间二甲氧嘧啶、磺胺-5-甲氧嘧啶、磺胺二甲氧嘧啶、磺胺喹恶啉、磺胺嘧啶、磺胺甲恶唑。方法:样品经乙腈超声提取,加异丙醇后浓缩至近干,流动相溶解并定容,用正己烷净化后上LC/MS/MS,用多反应监测模式检测,外标法定量。结果:7种磺胺在浓度5-100μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均达到r〉0.998。检出限0.16μg/kg。结论:本方法简便、快速、定性准确,适合鱼肉中7种磺胺药物残留测定。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of seven sulphonamides ( Sulfadoxine, Sulphadimethoxine, Sulfameter, Sulfamethazine, Sulfaquinoxaline, Sulfadiazine, Sulfamethoxazole) residues in fish tissue. Methods:The sample was extracted by acetonitrile and detected by Liquid Chromatography - Triple quadrupole mass spectrometer. Results: The correlation coefficients of linear calibration curves were over 0. 998 within the sulphonamides concentration range of 5 - 100 ug/L. The detection limits was 0. 4 ug/L Conclusion:The method can be routinely used for the determination of seven sulphonamides in fish tissue.
