摘要
目的:建立免试剂离子色谱法快速测定饮水消毒副产物亚氯酸盐和氯酸盐的方法。方法:选用Ionpac AS19阴离子分析柱,在线产生20 mmol/L KOH为淋洗液,流速1.0 ml/min,电导检测器检测。结果:亚氯酸盐和氯酸盐在0-0.80 mg/L范围内线性良好,精密度高(RSD%〈1.5),亚氯酸盐相关系数0.9995,回收率在93.0%-101.3%之间,最低检出限为2.24μg/L;氯酸盐相关系数0.9997,回收率在95.5%-104.2%之间,最低检出限为3.26μg/L。结论:方法简单、快速、灵敏,可适用于饮水消毒副产物亚氯酸盐和氯酸盐的检测。
Objective:To develop a method for simulataneous determination of chlorite and chlorate of disinfection by-products in drinking water by free reagent ion chromatography. Methods :The method was based on IC separation under the condition of isoeratie eluent with 20 mmol/L KOH generation on line and flow rate of 1.0 ml/min by using the IonPac AS19 analytical column and suppressed condutivity detector. Results:This method had good linear relatity in the range of 0 -0. 80 mg/L and good analytic precision ( RSD% 〈 1.5 ). The correlation coefficient was 0. 9995 for chlorite and 0. 9997 for chlorate. The recovery rate was 93. 0% - 101.3% for chlorite and 95.5% - 104. 2% for chlorate. The detection limit was 2. 24ug/L for chlorite and 3.26ug/L for chlorate. Conclusion:This method is simple, rapid and sensitive. It is available to determine the chlorite and chlorate of disinfection by-products in drinking water by free reagent ion chromatography.
