摘要
目的:建立大体积直接进样-免试剂离子色谱法测定瓶装水中的溴酸盐和溴化物的方法。方法:选用IonpacAS19阴离子分析柱,在线产生10 mmol/L^35 mmol/L KOH为淋洗液,大体积直接进样,流速1.0 ml/min,电导检测器检测。结果:溴酸盐和溴化物在0 mg/L^0.10 mg/L范围内线性良好,精密度高(RSD%<3.0),溴酸盐相关系数0.9996,回收率在97.0%~104.5%之间,最低检出限为0.78μg/L;溴化物相关系数0.9992,回收率在92.0%~105.5%之间,最低检出限为0.25μg/L。结论:方法灵敏、快速、简单,可适用于瓶装水中溴酸盐和溴化物含量的检测。
Objective:To develop a method for determination of bromate and bromide in bottled drinking water by free reagent ion chromatography with Large volume injection.Methods: The method was based on large volume injection and IC separation under the condition of gradient eluent with 10 mmol/L^35 mmol/L KOH generation on line and flow rate of 1.0 ml/min by using the IonPac AS19 analytical column and suppressed condutivity detector.Results:This method had good linear relatity in the range of 0 mg/L^0.10 mg/L and good analytic precision(RSD%3.0).The correlation coefficient was 0.9996 for bromate and 0.9992 for bromide.The recovery rate was 97.0%~104.5% for bromate and 92.0%~105.5% for bromide.The detection limit was 0.78 μg/L for bromate and 0.25 μg/L for bromide.Conclusion: This method is sensitive,rapid and simple.It is available to determine the bromate and bromide in bottled drinking water by free reagent ion chromatography.
