镗削刀具磨损建模及状态检测

摘要 运用回归分析技术和模糊分类技术,分别建立了两钟镗削刀具磨损模型。第一种是基于电流信号的刀具磨损模型,第二种是直接基于刀具磨损量的模型,这两种模型均滤除了切削条件的影响。对于第一种模型,可利用电流信号进行刀具磨损状态的在线识别;对于第二种模型,综合了时间因素的影响,可直接识别刀具磨损量。在此基础上,还简要地比较了这两种模型。实验结果证明,这两种方法简单、实用,具有较好的可行性。 This paper presents two kinds of models of tool wear using regressive analysis and fuzzy classification technique. One is the current signal model with bore cutting condition, and the another is the model of tool wear with cutting conditions and time. The first kind of models can be used to on line identify the tool wear condition by using current signals. In the second model, time parameter is taken into account to discriminate the tool wear condition. On the basis of these, the two models are compared simply. Experimental results show that the two methods are simple and practical, and they are highly feasible.
