摘要
通过对液压支架掩护梁结构及工艺特点进行分析,提出了采用专用机床对液压支架掩护梁进行镗孔加工的工艺方法;按液压支架掩护梁工艺特点设计了专用机床以及镗削刀具;验证了专用机床和相应加工工艺的可行性。
By analyzing the structure and craft characteristics of the shield beam of a hydraulic support,we put forward adopting special machine to process the shield beam,and designed a special machine.The practice has verified the feasibility of the machine and the corresponding processing technology.
