摘要
目的针对益补颗粒剂的制备及其质量控制开展研究。方法采用水提醇沉的提取法,将处方药材制成颗粒剂,并采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中补骨脂素含量。结果颗粒剂符合要求,其补骨脂素含量不低于3.591μg/g。结论该颗粒剂制备方法合理可行,其质量稳定,能满足药效研究的制剂应用要求。
Objective To study the preparation and quality control of Yibu-granule. Methods Permeating extraction was used to make crude drug into granule ,then using high performance liquid chromatography to determine the content of Psoralen. Results The granule accords with requirement.The content of Psoralen is not less than 3.591 μg/g.Conclusion The preparation method of this granule is feasible.Its quality is stable which can reach to the requirement of preparation method of drug effect study.
