摘要
目的控讨腹腔镜手术在十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术中的应用价值。方法2005年1月至2008年8月,本院为12例胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者行腹腔镜穿孔修补术。结果11例成功完成腹腔镜手术,1例中转开腹,手术时间40～100min,平均55min,术后住院时间5～7d,平均6.2d,术后并发症少,无一例死亡。结论腹腔镜胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术具有痛苦少、恢复快、并发症少、住院时间短等优点,疗效确切,、操作简单易行,值得在基层医院工作中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the value of laparoscopy in gastroduodenal ulcer perforation repair,Methods 12 cases with gastric or duodenal ulcer perforation undergone laparoscopic perforation repaix from Jan.2005 to Aug. 2008. Results 11 cases succeeded,and l case was converted to open operation. The operation time was 40～100 min （average 55 min）and the length of hospital stay was 5～7 days（mean 6.2 days）.NO death occurred. Conclusion Laparoscopic gastroduodenal ulcer perforation repair has the advantages of little injury and complication,fast recorvy,which hes exact curative effect and deserves to be applied widely in primary hospital.
