摘要 【目的】比较同侧输尿管内多发结石ESWL不同治疗顺序对治疗效果及产生并发症轻重的影响。【方法】对82例同侧输尿管内多发结石患者进行分组,应用国产JDPN-ⅤB型体外冲击波碎石机ESWL治疗,X线定位,对照组采取先治疗近端后治疗远端的治疗顺序;实验组采取先远端后近端的治疗顺序。【结果】对照组均有程度不同"石街"和/或其他严重并发症发生;实验组部分病例有"石街"形成但无严重并发症发生;实验组疗程明显短于对照组。【结论】在ESWL治疗同侧输尿管内多发结石时,采取先治疗远端结石后治疗近端结石的顺序,疗效优于先近端后远端的治疗顺序,而且避免了严重并发症的产生。 [Objective] To compare the effects of different treatment sequences on multiple stones in homolateral ureter by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) . [Methods] 82 cases suffered from multiple stones in homolateral ureter were divided into 2 groups and treated by ESWL with home made JDPN - V B model extraocorporedl shock wave lithotripter under X - ray positioning. Experimental group was under the sequence of distal first proximal later and confrol group was under the different sequence. [Results] The rate of stone-street formation and/or other severe complication in experimental group was lower than confrol group. Also, experimental group got shorter treating time. [Conclusions] When treating multiple stones in homolateral ureter by ESWL, choosing the treating sequence distal first proximal later could get better effects and avoid severe complication.
