摘要
用原子吸收火焰法(FAAS)测定了28个不同产地和采收时间的川党参的7种微量元素,用DPS 8.5版软件对测试结果进行聚类分析。结果显示,除重庆武隆县以外的川党参都非常接近,该法可简便地鉴别不同产地和采收时间的川党参真伪。
7 elements in Tangshen of 28 diferent origins during harvest time were determined by FAAS, the content was selected to perform cluster analysis by DPS 8.5. The results showed that they were very - similarity among origins except from Wulong county. Tangshens of diferent origins and harvest time can be easily recognired and distinguished.
