摘要
目的测定不同产地乌梅中多种元素的含量。方法采用微波消解ICP-AES法同时测定了不同产地Ca、Cu、Fe、K、Mg、Mn、Na、P、Zn九种元素。结果准确检测出三种不同产地乌梅中Ca、Cu、Fe、K、Mg、Mn、Na、P、Zn九种元素的含量。结论乌梅果肉中K、Ca、P的含量较高。
Objective： To determine the contents of inorganic nutrient dements from A. mume from different habitats. MethodstA method for the determination of more elements of different A. mume by microwave digestion and ICPAES was studied. Results：The contents of Ca, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, P, Zn in three kinds of A. mume were determined correctly. Conclusion：The contents of the essential macro- dements of the human body such as K, Ca and P are higher.
