摘要 选用旋锻后的Zr-4棒材,以470℃/3 h和620℃/1 h两种工艺热处理后,进行室温下恒应变幅低周疲劳试验。结果表明,两种状态试样循环应力-应变曲线均位于静拉伸曲线上方,表现为循环硬化特征。而在恒塑性应变幅(△ε_p)—寿命(N_f)曲线上,再结晶退火试样具有较好的疲劳性能。结合疲劳断口SEM观察,分析了热处理状态对疲劳寿命的影响,并讨论了工程上对锆管热处理状态的选择依据。 Low cycle fatigue tests have been performed for zircaloy-4 specimens in recrystallized and stress relieved conditions.It can be concluded that for zircaloy-4 the cyclic stress-strain curves lie above monotonic ones for both conditions, exhibiting the cyclic hardening behavior. The lifetimes of specimens in recrystallized condition are longer than those in stress relieved condition under constant plastic strain amplitudes.The fracture surfaces of fatigued specimens were observed by SEM.Based on the experimental results, the effect of heat treatment on fatigue lives is analysised and the criterion of materials selection is discussed.
