摘要
利用组合测管法,在不同振动参数的条件下,测定了不同直径测管在不同方向时的干砂充填紧实率,得出EPC工艺中的干砂充填紧实率与振动加速度、振动时间、测管方向、测管直径等参数的关系。试验表明,振动加速度、测管的方向等对干砂充填紧实率影响较大,而振动频率、振动方向、干砂的粒形和粒度等因素的影响不大。
Abstract The filling rate of the unbonded sand in EPC has been determined using the test tubes with different diameters and directions under various vibration parameters,then obtaining relationship between the filling rate and the acceleration,vibration time,tube diameter and tube direction etc.Experiment showed that effects of vibration acceleration and direction of test tube on filling and compacting are large,effects of frequency and direction of vibration on them are small.
