摘要
介绍了球墨铸铁在模具生产中的应用情况,以及球墨铸铁模具的铸造工艺现状,结合我国消失摸工艺铸造现状,分析了小型模具的失效机理和中大型模具采用球墨铸铁的可行性,指出随着球铁性能不断提高,为节约成本,减少加工余量,缩短加工周期,采用消失模法生产球铁模具取代合金钢模具是中大型模具制造的发展趋势。
Through the introduction of the application of ductile-iron in mould of automobile and the present status of casting technology of ductile-iron mould both domestic and abroad, fatigue mechanism and the feasibility of ductile-iron used in middle-large mould was analyzed. It was pointed out that ductile-iron mould made by expendable pattern casting （EPC） replacing alloy-steel mold in the production of ductile-iron middle-large mould was development direction in order to reducing cost, decreasing manufacture period due to improvement of ductile-iron properties.
