摘要
目的:优选海仙灵胃片的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以浸膏得率及总多糖含量为指标,考察加水量、煎煮时间和煎煮次数对提取率的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为8倍水量,煎煮2次,时间分别为2小时、1.5小时。结论:正交试验法优选海仙灵胃片的提取工艺简便、快速、准确。
Objective： To optimize the extraction process for HaixianLing tablets. Methods： The orthogonal design was used to test the threemain factors including water, amounts, decoction hours, and decoction times. The content of Total polysaccharide and dry material rate were used as guide to evaluate the extraction efficacy. Results：The optimun extracting process was 8 folds of water addition, 2h, 1.5h of decotion time and two times. Conclution： Optimization of the extracting process for HaixianLing tables by orthogonal design is a simple,quick and accurate method.
