摘要
目的:探讨豨莶连黄透骨汤配合针刀治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果。方法:将64例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用口服中药豨莶连黄透骨汤配合针刀治疗,对照组采用口服痛风定片治疗;观察两组患者的关节疼痛、关节肿胀情况及血清尿酸值。结果:治疗组患者的关节疼痛、关节肿胀的减轻程度及血清尿酸值的下降程度均优于对照组(χ2=5.1600,P=0.0231;χ2=7.3978,P=0.0065;t′=5.344,P=0.0004)。结论:口服豨莶连黄透骨汤配合针刀治疗急性痛风性关节炎,临床效果显著。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of XIXIANLIANHUANGTOUGU decoctions combined with Needle - knife on acute gouty arthritis. Methods： 64 patients with acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into 2 groups. 34 patients in experimental group were administered with XIXIANLIANHUANGTOUGU decoctions combined with Needle -knife, while the others in control group were ministered with Tongfengding tablets. The variations of the joint pain and swelling and value of serum uric acid of these patients were observed. Results： The curative effect of alleviating joint pain and joint swelling and reducing serum uric acid in experimental group was better than that in control group（ X2 = 5. 160 0, P = 0.023 1, X2 = 7. 397 8, P = 0.006 5, t＇ = 5. 344, P = 0. 000 4）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of XIXIANLIANHUANGTOUGU decoctions combined with Needle - knife on acute gouty arthritis is significant.
