摘要
分别将玉米基乙二醇和常规乙二醇与对苯二甲酸反应,以三氧化二锑为催化剂,添加二氧化钛和纳米二氧化硅等,制得玉米基聚酯(PET)切片和常规PET切片,经纺丝、拉伸,制得玉米基PET纤维和常规PET纤维,并对其纤维的表面形态和染色性能进行对比。结果表明:玉米基PET切片的熔点较常规PET切片的熔点低10℃,纺丝温度也低10℃;玉米基PET纤维表面粗糙,较常规PET纤维染色性能好。
Corn-based ethylene glycol and regular ethylene glycol were separately acted with terephthalie acid with antimony trioxide as a catalyst and added with titanium dioxide and nano-silicon dioxide to produce corn-based polyester (PET) and regular PET chips which were spun and drawn into corn-based PET fiber and regular PET fiber. The surface morphology and dyeing behavior of the resulted fibers were studied and compared. The results showed that the corn-based PET chip had the melting point and the spinning temperature 10℃ lower than those of the regular PET chip. The corn-based PET fiber had a rough surface and was better in dyeing behavior than the regular PET fiber.
