小分子干扰RNA对长期高糖培养的人肾小管上皮细胞结缔组织生长因子表达的抑制作用 被引量:2

摘要 大量证据表明,糖尿病肾病(DN)时肾小管间质病变的严重程度与蛋白尿排泄量和肾功能的进行性下降密切相关,提示肾小管上皮细胞(TEC)损伤在DN进程中占有重要地位。近来研究发现,结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)与DN时的TEC肥大及向间质细胞转分化(MET)密切相关,而这是DN肾小管间质病变的最重要的两个环节。CTGF生理表达水平极低,且生物作用单一,故是理想的基因治疗靶点。我们主要研究针对CTGF的小分子干扰RNA(siRNA)对高糖诱导TECCTGF过表达的抑制作用。
