摘要
磁场常可显著影响溶液性质。本文报道了磁处理对于以NH3·H2O和NaHCO3两步调浆法制备活性ZnO的影响。SEM照片表明磁处理后所得活性ZnO(~0.1μm),且分散好。X射线衍射和DTA测试表明磁场处理影响了溶液平衡,从而改变了锌盐沉淀的组成。对结晶过程的热力学和动力学分析表明磁场处理改变了晶核生长自由能、晶核生长速率。认为这两方面因素导致了磁处理与未处理所得ZnO微粒差异。
Magnetic fields often strongly affect properties of solutions. The effect of magnetic treatment on active ZnO prepared by slurry-making with NH 3·H 2O and NaHCO 3 is reported.SEM photographs show that the active ZnO with magnetic treatment is well dispersed spherical particles with smaller diameter (<0.05μm) compared with that without magnetic treatment (~0.1μm). X-ray diffraction and DTA tests show that the magnetic treatment affects the solution balance,resulting in changing the composition of precipitation of zinc salts.Thermodynamic and dynamic analysis of crystallization processes indicates that the magnetic treatment has changed the growth free energy and growth velocity of crystal nuclei.It is considered that the difference between active particles obtained with and without magnetic treatment results from the factors mentioned above.
