大细胞肺癌的临床特点及预后 被引量：1

摘要 大细胞肺癌是支气管肺癌的少见类型，其发病率低、术前诊断率低、分化低、恶性程度高，早期易发生转移，手术及化疗效果不佳，生存时间短。我院1978年9月至2005年8月92例术后病理确诊为大细胞肺癌患者共92例，占同期收治肺癌患者的1．1％（92／8172），对其临床特点及预后进行分析，现将结果报告如下。
