摘要
为了综合回收峨口铁矿现有选矿工艺无法回收的碳酸铁资源,根据矿石工艺矿物学特性及尾矿性质,采用预选———浮选原则工艺,对从选矿厂综合尾矿中回收碳酸铁进行了大量的试验研究。试验结果表明,可以获得TFe品位35%以上(烧后52%以上)、SiO2含量小于5%、碱比(CaO+MgOSiO2+Al2O3)大于3的铁精矿,总的铁回收率可提高15个百分点以上。推荐筛分———强磁选———浮选联合工艺用于综合尾矿中碳酸铁的回收,初步经济分析表明,该技术工业应用后将获得显著的效益。
In order to recover comprehensively the resources of iron carbonates which can not be recovered by the present industrial mineral processing technology in Ekou Iron Mine and in accordance with the ore process mineralogical characters and the tailing properties,extensive experimental research was carried out on the recovery of iron carbonates from the overall tailings of the present industrial concentration plant by employing the principle technology of preconcentration——flotation.The test results have shown that the iron concentrates with TFe grade over 35% (over 52% in the sintered product)、SiO2 content less than 5% and alkali yield (CaO+MgOSiO2+Al2O3) above 3 can be obtained and the gross recovery of Fe can be raised by more than 15%.The combined technology of screening——high intensiy magnetic separation——flotation is proposed for the recovery of iron carbonates from the overall tailings.The primary economic analysis has shown that the remarkable benefits will be obtained by the commercial application of this technology.
