摘要
对开菲尔粒、开菲尔的营养价值以及开菲尔的保健功能进行了综述,同时对当前开菲尔研究中的问题进行了讨论,并对开菲尔的研究及应用前景进行了展望。
The nutritional value of kefir and kefir grain and the health-care functions of kefir were reviewed. The existing problems in the current research of kefir were discussed. The research and application prospects of kefir were predicted.
