摘要
[目的]探讨优选金钗石斛多糖提取工艺。[方法]通过正交试验对提取工艺进行优化,主要考察因素为提取时间、提取温度和提取次数。[结果]最优工艺条件:提取温度100℃、提取时间2 h、提取次数3次。[结论]该工艺具有良好的精密度和稳定性,重现性好,适用于金钗石斛多糖的提取。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharide from Dendrobium nobile Lindl. [ Method ] The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment, according to the effects of extraction temperature, time and extraction times. [ Result] The optimum conditions were determined as follows: extracted for three times and every extraction for 2 h at 100 ℃. [ Conclusion ] The results showed that the technology had high accuracy, good stability and reproducibility. And it can be used to extract polysaceharide from Dendrobium nobile Lindl.
