人工髋关节置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨人工关节置换术治疗股骨转子间骨折的可行性和存在的问题。方法56例70岁以上的转子间骨折的患者行人工关节置换术,其中全髋关节置换16例,双极人工股骨头置换26例,长柄双极人工股骨头置换14例。观察手术时间、出血量、Harris关节评分、并发症发生率。结果平均手术时间80min,出血量500ml,Harris关节评分88分,1例切口延迟愈合,其他无任何并发症发生。结论人工髋关节置换术对高龄、尤其存在严重骨质疏松的转子间骨折患者具有缩短手术时间,减少出血量,维持肢体长度及髋关节功能,避免长期卧床、降低并发症发生率等优点。
