摘要
目的采用细胞图像分析术(ICM)对非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)进行DNA含量、S期分数(SPF)的检测,探讨两个参数在NHL诊断分型、鉴别诊断及预后判断中的意义。方法210例NHL和30例良性增生淋巴组织进行改良Feulgen染色和ICM-DNA检测。结果NHL的DNA含量为(7.01±0.21)pg~(10.77±0.27)pg,SPF为(10.97±1.11)%~(30.87±2.17)%,均高于对照组(P<0.05);NHL侵袭性、高侵袭性组的DNA含量和SPF均高于惰性组(P<0.05);滤泡性淋巴瘤FL-II、III级的DNA含量、SPF均高于FL-I级(P<0.05)。结论DNA含量、SPF对良恶性淋巴组织增生的鉴别诊断、NHL惰性或侵袭性判断是有意义的参考指标,但对侵袭性高低无提示;FL是相对异质化群体,DNA参数检测只能做为参考。
[Objective] To investigate the diagnostic and prognostic significance of DNA content and S-phase fraction (SPF) by DNA image cytometry analysis (ICM-DNA) in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). [Methods] ICM-DNA was performed on 210 NHL and 30 benign lymphoid hyperptasia specimens prepared by Feulgen stain. DNA content and SPF were computed. [Results] DNA content [(7.01±0.21) pg - (10.77 ±0.27) pg] and SPF [(10.97 ± 1.11)% - (30.87±2.17)%] in NHL was higher than in benign lymphoid hyperplasia (P 〈0.05). There is significant difference between indolent and aggressive, indolent and highly aggressive, FL-I and FL-II, FL-I and FL-m (P 〈 0.05), but nonsignificant difference between aggressive and highly aggressive, FL-II and FL-III in DNA content and SPF (P 〉0.05). [Conclusion] DNA content and SPF can be useful in distinguishing between malignant and benign lymphoid hyperplasia, indolent and aggressive/highly aggressive, but neither of them could differentiates between aggressive and highly aggressive. FL is heterogeneous, DNA content and SPF detection can be just for reference.
