摘要
利用JD-1轮轨模拟试验机研究了干态工况下蠕滑率、速度和轴重等参数对轮轨黏着系数的影响。结果表明:蠕滑率是影响轮轨黏着系数的主要因素;当蠕滑率为0时,黏着系数很小大约为0.02;当蠕滑率在0~1%时,轮轨黏着系数快速增加;蠕滑率在1%时黏着系数达到最大值,随后随蠕滑率的增加黏着系数出现下降趋势并逐渐趋于稳定,此时表现为轮轨宏观滑动。轮轨黏着系数随着速度增加而降低,随着轴重的增大呈现增加趋势。
The effect of creepage, speed and axle load on wheel/rail adhesive coefficient was investigated on JD-1 wheel/rail simulation facilities. The results indicate that the creepage is the main factor affecting the adhesive coefficient. When the creepage is 0, the adhesion coefficient is about 0. 02. When the creepage is less than 1%, the adhesion coeffi- cient increases rapidly. When creepage is about 1%, adhesion coefficient reaches the maximum value, and then, as the creepage increases, the adhesion coefficient declines slightly and gradually becomes stable at last. Adhesion coefficient decreases with the increasing of speed and increase with the increasing of the axle load.
