摘要
文章通过对一起无证经营美容院二次加重处罚案件的分析,探讨此类案件的处罚条款及罚种适用,同时对无证美容经营行为难整治的原因进行分析,并就如何加强对此类违法行为的监管提出相关建议。
By analyzing a case of twice aggravated punishment on an unlicensed beauty parlor, suitable punishment items and sorts were discussed. Furthermore, causes of being difficult in dealing with unlicensed hairdressing were also analyzed, and suggestions were put forward to improve supervision on it.
