Synthesis of Diethylene Glycol Dimethacrylate by Transesterification

摘要 以一缩二乙二醇和甲基丙烯酸甲酯为主要原料,以二丁基氧化锡为催化剂,酯交换合成一缩二乙二醇双甲基丙烯酸酯。考察了甲基丙烯酸甲酯与一缩二乙二醇摩尔比、催化剂用量及阻聚剂用量等因素对收率的影响。得出了最佳的反应条件:甲基丙烯酸甲酯与一缩二乙二醇的摩尔比为3.5∶1,反应温度为回流温度,催化剂二丁基氧化锡及阻聚剂氮氧自由基的加入量分别为一缩二乙二醇质量的3%及0.1%。在此工艺条件下收率可达到97.5%。 Diethylene glycol dimethacrylate has been synthesized by the transesterification reaction with using diethylene glycol and methyl methacrylate as the raw materials and dihutyhin oxide as catalyst. The effects of the molar ratio of methyl methacrylatc to diethylene glycol, catalyst amount, inhibitor dosage on the yield were investigated. The optimal conditions were obtained as follows: n(methyl mcthaerylate):n(diethylene glycol)= 3.5:1, the reaction temperature wassame as the cireumfluence temperature, the amount of catalyst dibutyltin oxide and inhibitor nitroxyl free radical were 3% and 0.1% of the diethylene glycol mass respectively, and the yield of products reached 97.5%.
